Dirus is very proud to characterize its house with a strong will to fight back, climbing on the top from the steepest ends of gorges. Our team spoke volume as we came out as the joint champions of Pack War 2019, regardless of our prior 4th rank. Cutting through the chase is something we have perfected as our team worked day and night by defeating the jabs and taunts that were thrown on our side. Sir Omer Altaf is the flag-bearer of Timber who made us the most energetic house of Alpha. With a strong sense of community, our compassion driven Anti-Cyber Bullying Campaign and the altruistic initiative to install water-coolers for pedestrians touched hearts. In the light of climate emergency, we also started cycling campaign to bring focus on eco-friendly ways. Our athletes shined throughout the inter-college events and Alpha Sports Fest, whereas our women bagged the second position in Inter-House Throwball. Timbers also excelled in academics, videography, public speaking and STEM initiatives this year. Under the fierce leadership of MalihaManzoor and Zoraiz, Timber showed matchless resistance, strong team-work, sheer hard-work and the eternal energy to remain unstoppable to unbeatable.
